12 Point PC Clean-up©

1. Clean PC case, cooling fans & heat sinks (removes dust, pet hair, etc.)
2. Spyware/Malware/Adware scan & remove/repair
3. Virus scan & remove/repair
4. Removal of unnecessary windows startup & system tray programs
5. Check windows for system/application/security errors
6. Check for & stop unnecessary windows system services
7. Check for & uninstall unnecessary applications
8. Complete windows registry examination & repair
9. Thorough hard drive exam repairs errors & exposes failing hard drives
10. Complete boot-time hard drive defragmentation (MFT & Page File, Files & Folders)
11. Install latest windows service pack & security updates
12. Install/update Mozilla Firefox Browser

Payments:

Payment for services are due in full when the services contracted for are completed, unless other specific arrangements for payment have been made prior to the start of any work.

We accept checks, cash, Visa, Master Card.

Residential Rates and Polices:

The residential non-commercial rate is $55 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum. After the first hour we will bill in 15 minute increments.

Our after hours rate is $110 with a 1-hour minimum. After one hour we will bill in 15 minute increments.

We have flat rate fees for our 12-Point PC Clean-Up© at $99 per computer when we pick up the equipment and return it to the customer. Our goal is to have a 48 hour (excludes weekends & holidays) turn-around for this service. There could be exceptions to this when you authorize replacement of computer parts that are not readily available.

On-site service is billed at an hourly rate.

Estimates for repairs are provided in writing and billed at our hourly rate, whether we perform the evaluation on-site or at our workbench.

Tech Help will pickup and deliver your computer equipment for free if your residence is within our service area, which is the greater Redding area

For services that are provided outside our normal area of operation there is a fuel and travel surcharge.

Our hourly commercial rate is $55 per hour. There is a 1-hour minimum and we will bill in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
