TERMS OF SERVICE

Access and Authorization:

Service Requests or Appointments: 

Estimates and Changes to Work Orders:
An estimate of the cost for repairs will be prepared for your approval before repairs are started.
Estimates are not provided free, we charge our hourly rate for this service.
Once you authorize the repairs any changes to the original work order must be authorized either in writing or verbally before work is begun.

Force Majeure:
If Tech Help is impaired by circumstances beyond its control, which includes but is not limited to, rain, flooding, snow and other severe weather, natural disasters, loss of electrical power at our offices or the work-site and police and/or fire operations that prevent us from providing service we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by our services not being provided.

Limitation of Remedy:
Under no circumstances shall Tech Help or Hazle Enterprises be liable to you or any other person for any damages, including without limitation any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, expenses costs, profits, lost savings or earnings, lost or corrupted data, or other liability arising out of or related to the services provided, or out of the installation, de-installation, use of, or inability to use your computer equipment, hardware, peripherals, or the network as a result of the services provided hereunder.

Tech Help or Hazle Enterprises shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond its control. If our ability to render services is impaired by your failure to cooperate or circumstances beyond our control Tech Help may choose not to provide services. Service can also be denied if dangerous or unhealthy conditions are present including possible code violations. For any un-installation services provided, Tech Help shall not be responsible for repairing any damage or changes made to your residence.

Limitation of Liability & Release:
By signing the service form you agree to release and hold harmless Hazle Enterprises and Tech Help, from and against any loss, liability, or damage, including without limitation, any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, expense, costs, profits, lost savings or earnings or liability that you, the owner, or lessee may suffer arising out of, or related to, the services provided by Tech Help. This includes but is not limited to data loss or lack of function in any component or element of your computer system and/or peripherals.

Privacy Policy:
Tech Help or Hazle Enterprises does not share any of our customer’s personal information that we gather in the normal operation of our business. That includes, email addresses, passwords or other proprietary information.

FOR IN-HOME SERVICES PROVIDED IN CALIFORNIA:
An estimate as required (Section 9844 of the California Business and Professions Code) for repairs shall be given to the customer by Tech Help Computer Services in writing, and we may not charge for work done or parts supplied in excess of the estimate without prior consent of the customer. Where provided in writing, Tech Help may charge a reasonable hourly fee for services provided to determine the nature of the malfunction when preparing a written estimate for repair.  Residential

  • Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday 8 am to 6 pm.

  • Our residential hourly rate is $55 per hour with a 1-hour minimum. We will bill in 15-minute increments thereafter.

  • After hours and emergency service is available. just call our Toll Free number 1.888.311.2121.

  • We have flat rate fees for our "12 Point PC Clean-Up"© service at $99 per-computer when the equipment is picked up and returned to the customer. (Within our service area).

  • Our goal is to have a 24 to 48-hour turn-around for the "12-Point PC Clean-Up"© service (excludes weekends & holidays).

  • All on-site service is billed at an hourly rate.

  • For out-of-service area calls there is a fuel surcharge.

  • Payment in full is due upon completion of the work contracted, unless another specific arrangement has been made prior to start of work. We accept Checks, Cash, Visa, MasterCard.
